Sin Palabras Edicion Especial

Sin Palabras Edicion Especial is white wine from the DO Rias Baixas (Galicia) made with albariño grapes by Adegas Castro Brey (Vila de Cruces, Pontevedra). The vineyards are old, over 50 years old, and planted on clayey-loam soils with granitic rock, rich in iron and quartz. This wine is aged for 5 years on lees in stainless steel vats.

A creamy, and fresh wine with volume. It has aromas of very ripe white fruit, honey touches, and notes of sweet spices. The long amount of time remaining with its lees, gives it depth and body, making it very balanced thanks to the freshness of the area.
