Martin Berdugo crianza
Red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero made with tempranillo grapes and aged for several weeks on lees (sur lies) and 12 months in American and Freanch oak barrels.
Aromas of slightly ripe, stewed red fruit, along with hints of black fruit, and oak notes such as coffee, toffee, and spices. A powerful, well-structured wine with polished tannins and very good acidity. Aromas of ripe red fruit with toasty and roasted notes.

Pairing
Rice dishes including hearty paellas, white meats (grilled, roasted, fried or pan-fried chicken), pasta as lasagna, red meat, ideal for cured cheeses, mushrooms, smoked foods.
