Cal Pla negre

Cal Pla negre is a red wine from DO Priorat (Celler Cal Pla) made from 60% garnacha and 40% cariñena grapes. Fermentation done in stainless steel tanks followed by an aging of 12 months in 2nd year French oak and American oak barrels.


Small wild game, cold meat (embutidos), jamon iberico de bellota, stewed dishes.
