Natural wine made mainly from tempranillo grapes and other white varieties in small percentages (grenache, muscatel, verdejo, palomino). Vineyard were planted more than 80 years ago. Grapes ferment in stainless steel deposits with native yeasts between 15 and 20ºC. Once the fermentation has ended, the wine is left to stand for 8 months in large chestnut wood barrels. It is not clarified or filtered.

Aperitif, beans and pulses, pasta with meat sauce.
