This wine from DO Priorat is a coupage of different white grape varieties: 50% red grenache,
50% samsó (cariñena) from vines that are over 100 years old. After maceration with the grape skins, fermentation takes place, followed by an aging in French oak barrels during 16 month.
We recommend decanting before consumption. Production: 1500 bottles.
