Mas d‘en Compte negre
This wine from DO Priorat is a coupage of different white grape varieties: 50% red grenache,
45% samsó (cariñena), 5% cabernet. After maceration with the grape skins, fermentation takes place, followed by an aging in French oak barrels during 14 month.
We recommend decanting before consumption.
Mature cheese, roasted red meats, stews and small and large game.
