Laltre is a red BIO wine from the D.O Costers del Segre, produced by the Lagravera winery.
This wine is a blend of two different grape varieties: Monastrell (85%), and Garnacha Negra (15%). The grapes are harvested manually and undergo fermentation separately at a fixed temperature between 22º and 24ºC. Then, wine is aged for 3 months in medium toasted selected French oak barrels, before being bottled and placed onto the market.
Cold meat, blue fish, grilled red meats, rice with meat, eggs, semi-mature cheese, grilled vegetables.
