Josep Foraster trepat

Organic (BIO) red wine from DO Conca de Barberà elaborated with trepat (native from this region).  Vineyards are over 40 years old and located at 500 meters of altitude. Aged for 7 months in French oak barrels of 300-500 liters of the third year.

Trepat is the essence of La Conca de Barberà and the Celler. Delicacy, elegance and freshness. Berries, white pepper and light background with notes of nut, balsamic and mineral notes. Very expressive and persistent.

Pairing

Ideal with blue fish, rice, pasta, creamy cheeses and all kinds of meats.
