Josep Foraster Brisat del Coster
Bio white wine from DO Conca de Barberà elaborated with macabeu (viura) grapes. The vineyards are more than 40 years old and located at 450 meters of altitude.
It is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Skin maceration for 21 days as a red wine. No added sulfites and no filtering.
White fruit, citrus, undergrowth. Soft entry to show great amplitude, tannic and electric.
Cheese, paella, vegetables and red meats.
