Josep Foraster Blanc Seleccio
Bio white wine from DO Conca de Barberà elaborated with 50% White Grenache, 40% Macabeu and 10% Chardonnay grapes.
It is fermented with indigenous yeasts. 60% of the fermented must is aged in French oak barrels for and 40% in a concrete “egg” tanks for 8 months.
Ripe and tropical fruit, soft toasted, citrus, with a background of butter and a fresh finish with notes of nuts.
Blue fish, seafood, rice, white meat and blue and creamy cheeses.
