Red wine from DO Montsant made with red grenache. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels (3000 L) followed with an smooth fining before bottling. This wine was aged 12 months in a new light and medium toasted French foudre of 3000L. The wine was finally aged in stainless steel tanks for 2 months just before bottling. Wine with vegan certification.
Deep dark and intense ruby color. Fully developed Garnacha showing a wide arrange of ripe red fruits blended in with some dried herbs in a delicate and elegant body. Wine with an incredible aging potential.
From a table of cheese to a steak. This wine pairs beautifully with powerful plates of pasta, lamb and mushrooms.
Production: 3000 bottles (750 ml).
