This wine is made with a single-variety of monastrell from vineyards planted on calcareous soils and with an average age of 30 years. The harvest is carried out manually, and the wine is fermented for half a year in American oak barrels.
Beautiful, intense, lively cherry red color. In the nose aromas of red fruit which becomes black, ripe and juicy as it is opened. Intense toasted and spiced hints. In the mouth, it shows a powerful, fleshy and full-bodied attack and a silky and tasty mid-palate, with plenty of volume, a god acidity and ripe tannins.
Mature cheese, grilled red meats, red meat with sauce, roasted lamb, stews, moussaka, rice with meat.
