La Nit de les Garnatxes Clay

Red wine elaborated by Celler de Capçanes (DO Montsant) with Red Grenache grapes cultivated in clay soil. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out in French oak barrels followed by an ageing of 3 months in new French light and medium toasted oak barrels (300 L).

Intense cherry colour. This is a really complex wine with very marked notes of forest undergrowth and tannins that “stick” in the mouth. A truly wild wine.

Production of approximately 4000 bottles.
Red wine with vegan certificate.

Accepts all types of pairings, recommended for intense and meat dishes such as “orange jelly lacquered duck with on crunchy pistachio bed”, proposed by Michelin-star restaurant Rincón de Diego.
