Mojama de atun La Chanca 250-300 gr
Mojama is an exclusive delicacy from Andalusia and it is also known as the Pata Negra of the sea. Mojama is made from tuna loins placed in the sea salt for a few days and then rinsed clean. Then the tuna fillets are hung to dry (as with the Spanish hams).
Instructions for consumption: cut the mojama into filter-thin slices, place the slices in one of our extra virgin olive oils for 30 minutes. We recommend to it it with our fried marcona almonds.
