Marmellans blanc

Marmellans blanc is a white wine made of white garnacha (60%) and macabeu (40%) grapes from  old vines planted 40 years ago in the Montsant region. Grape juice fermented in stainless steel tanks and remains for four months on its lees.

Wine with floral and fruity aromas, intense and fresh. Very fresh and with some complexity.

Pairing

Aperitif,  tempura, soups, lightly seasoned salad.
