Marc Mir Brut Nature gran reserva 

50% pinot noir 50 % chardonnay.

The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a careful selection.
We do not use herbicides and pesticides.

This Cava is a limited edition that is only produced when the vintages are exceptional.

Second fermentation in the bottle during 34 months according to the traditional method.

Highlights aromatic elegance, limpid, fruity citrus with a hint of fresh almonds and walnuts.

Nice and generous bouquet, beautiful and refined. The palate is full, creamy with a taste of fresh fruit and freshly baked brioche.

Pairing

Perfect with fresh starters, grilled blue fish, rice and white meat with sauce.
