White wine elaborated with 50% white grenache and 50% xarel·lo grapes.
First fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature, then a second one in oak barrels of American and French oak during 6 months.
Fresh aroma and varietal, with floral notes in youth and pastel in maturity. Structured with a friendly and persistent palate with hints of white fruits, slightly acid and glycerin.
It is recommended to serve at 8ºC.
Ideal with starters, a meal or snacks. Delicious with fish casseroles, grilled tuna, monkfish in the oven, white meats with sauce and cured goat and sheep cheeses.
