Red wine made from the almost extinct grape variety Morenillo, from a recuperated vineyard more than 90 years old. For its preparation Morenillo is aged for 8 months, 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in amphorae.
Atypical bright cherry intense color because it comes from very old vines that produce minimal amount of grapes.
In the nose, there is red ripe fruit with predominant redcurrant, light liquor notes refreshing the toasted touches of the barrel, slightly spiced with intense balsamic notes (laurel and eucalyptus), touches of wet soil and moss.
Good entry, nice and light. Flavours of ripe red fruit with toasted touches. Long passage with fine tannins and good acidity. Long, spicy finish.
Easy to drink and enjoy.
