Description
Llebre
This wine is a blend of tempranillo, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, carignan and syrah grapes from vineyards located at 700 meters above sea level.
The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC. Finally, the wine spends from 3 to 4 months in French oak barrels. Llebre is a red wine from the Costers del Segre region developed by Tomas Cusiné, who decided to start his own project in 2003 in the town of El Vilosell (Les Garrigues, Catalonia).
Pairing
Rice with meat, cold meat (embutidos), beans and pulses,grilled pork, roasted red meats, roasts, grilled vegetables, poultry meat with sauce, fried eggs with ham.
