Leitegal cow cheese bufon ‘tetilla’ type
Semi-hard and dense paste cheese, with color between white and yellow and with few eyes from San Simón Da Costa Cheese DOP (Lugo, Galicia).
It has a soft flavor, fine texture and deep aroma. Its cortex is smoked with birch wood, yellow and somewhat greasy. Its maturation is at least 30 days.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, calcium chloride, smooth (egg derivative), dairy crops (milk), rennet and salt. Food coating in cortex with preservative (E-235)
