La Nit de les Garnatxes Slate
Red wine elaborated by Celler de Capçanes (DO Montsant) with Red Grenache grapes cultivated in slate soil. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out in French oak barrels followed by an ageing of 3 months in new French light and medium toasted oak barrels (300 L).
Cherry intense color. This is a really complex wine with a high mineral taste and balsamic aromas.
Production of approximately 4000 bottles.
Accepts all types of pairings. Recommended for more powerful dishes such as “Cod in the pan
with vegetables, cooked at a low temperature”, proposed by Michelin Star Restaurant Can Bosch.
