Honoro Vera
Young red wine from the DO Calatayud, produced by the Ateca winery (Juan Gil group) and made with red garnacha grapes. This was one of the wines served in the Oscars Ceremony Awards in 2013.
Pairing
Beans and pulses, mushrooms, roasted lamb, goat cheese, semi-mature cheese, roasted pork, grilled red meats, red meat with sauce, stew, rice with meat.
