Els pajaros
Red wine from DO Montsant made with carignan grapes. Indigenous yeast and a maceration of 20 days in French oak barrels (500 L). The wine was aged 12 months in medium toasted new French oak (300 L) and 3 months in tank before bottling.

Bright and vibrant Wild herbs, licorice, spicy and toasty nose. Gorgeous glycerin sweetness and texture, well integrated wood and very good length.

Production: 1800 bottles.

Red meats and cheese.
