Cava elaborated with 75% trepat and 25% pinot noir grapes fermented in bottle for 35 months. No sugar added. 2 g/L of total sugar. No herbicides and pesticides were used.
Ideal with seafood and “mar i muntanya” rice, grilled red meats (BBQ) and desserts with red fruit.
