Don PX is 100% made from the Pedro Ximenez grapes.

Grapes are dried in the sun immediately after the harvest, thus becoming raisins. The grape wort is extracted by hydraulic press and a partial fermentation takes place. Then, alcohol is added to the wine. Finally the wine will rest for a year in stainless steel

Recommend serving it very cold.
