Can Xa Brut

Cava elaborated with xarello, macabeu and parellada with a second fermentation on lees in bottle for at least 12 months. Citrus, toast and dried fruit notes and a sweet orange aftertaste. On the palate, a fine acidity with soft bubbles. Rounded and elegant with a light aftertaste.

Aperitif, beans and peas, charcuterie (embutidos), fish, green vegetables, hard and soft cheese, poultry, shellfish, creams.
