Cal Pla blanc
Cal Pla blanc is a white wine from DO Priorat made from white grenache, macabeu and moscatell grapes. This wine is fermented and aged for 5 months on the lees (‘sur lie’) in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it is clean and fresh. Very aromatic, white fruity, citrus and sweet notes. In the mouth it is dense, wide and round. It is presented balanced and with fruity touches.
Pairing
Ideal with blue cheese, eggs and blue fish.
